  • Updating and altering meal plans as needed

Monthly packages include:

  • 60 to 90-minute consultation and assessment (first month)

  • Lifestyle recommendations
  • Weekly personal fitness training sessions consisting of:
    • 60-minute workout + homework
    • 15 additional minutes for questions regarding fitness and/or nutrition
    • Accountability and support
