One on One Personal Training

Packages of 1 -4 Sessions: $70.00 per session

Packages of 5-9 Sessions $65.00 per session

Packages of 10+ Sessions: $60.00 per session

Each session consists of one hour of fitness training designed specifically for your goals, needs, and abilities!

Small Group Training (2 – 4 participants) 

Packages of 1 – 4 Sessions: $50.00 per session/person

Packages of 5 – 9 Sessions: $45.00 per session/person

Packages of 10+ Sessions: $40.00 per session/person

Each session consists of one hour of fitness training designed to challenge each participant individually, while providing a fun and interactive experience for all participants

Bootcamp and Large Group Training (5 or more participants)

Packages of 1-9 Sessions: $20.00 per session/person

Packages of 10+ Sessions: $15.00 per session/person

Each session consists of one hour of fitness training designed to be adaptable to all participants while providing a fun, team building atmosphere.

Fitness and Nutrition Packages: $499/month

Monthly packages include:

  • 60 to 90 minute consultation and assessment (first month)
  • 5-day personalized meal plan
  • Shopping list
  • Portion guide
  • Supplement recommendations
  • Lifestyle recommendations
  • Weekly personal fitness training sessions consisting of:
    • 60 minute workout + homework
    • 15 additional minutes for questions regarding fitness and/or nutrition
    • Accountability and support
