One on One Personal Training

Packages of 1 -4 Sessions: $80.00 per session

Packages of 5-9 Sessions $75.00 per session

Packages of 10+ Sessions: $70.00 per session

Each session consists of one hour of fitness training designed specifically for your goals, needs, and abilities!

Small Group Training (2 – 4 participants) 

Packages of 1 – 4 Sessions: $55.00 per session/person

Packages of 5 – 9 Sessions: $50.00 per session/person

Packages of 10+ Sessions: $45.00 per session/person

Each session consists of one hour of fitness training designed to challenge each participant individually, while providing a fun and interactive experience for all participants

Bootcamp and Large Group Training (5 or more participants)

Packages of 1-9 Sessions: $20.00 per session/person

Packages of 10+ Sessions: $15.00 per session/person

Each session consists of one hour of fitness training designed to be adaptable to all participants while providing a fun, team building atmosphere.
